Odd white box at the bottom right of my screen!

Hey guys this is my first post here..off late I have been noticing a white box at the bottom of my screen,it's not there when I'm at desktop,but if any window or browser is open,there it is.
I have attached a screenshot of it,thanks for any help

Looks like a uTorrent popup box that never loaded properly. Update java/flash player?
