Boot using Kaspersky's Rescue Disk, perform an update and scan your computer with it.​

When you have disinfected and deleted all the detected items, restart your computer and scan using TDSSKiller linked above.​

If that doesn't work, you can create a system rescue CD SystemRescueCd

Burn SystemRescueCd at a slow speed to ensure you won't get a corrupted CD!
