I see you have 3rd party custom themes You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for them to work.

Did you double check the items in the red warning box at the top of the tutorial below to make sure that you meet all of the requirements?
Are you using Windows 7 Ultimate as listed in your specs?
don't say that :shock:It sounds like you may have some sort of possible glitch from installing a custom theme or sorts.
You might see if doing a system restore using a restore point dated before you had this issue may be able to fix it for you.
