Resolutions messed up after reboot

Well I restarted computer and resolutions messed up,I dont know how but this happened 2 times.1 time I found good resolution but fps in most games drop for 20 FPS.I reinstalled windows 7 but everything same,but I could find good resolution but now there is no one good,screen is to wide and its not enought big.If someone know where is problem please help me

Yes with ATI catalyst center but it didnt help I didnt go further.

theres a chance youve got a problem with your graphics card turn off the pc, take out the graphics card and put it back in..see if it works...if this happened to me..i would do the same.
