Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64.
- the original installed OS on the system? Yes, I built this system.
- an OEM or full retail version? Its an OEM. It didnt come with since I built this.
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? Its 4 to 5 months old.
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 4 to 5 months. No Re-installation.

I get the BSOD on GTAIV Multiplayer mainly. It happens after 20 or so minutes then gives me the 0xe1 error. I uninstalled my video card drivers with driver sweeper and re-installed them. It then gave me a 0xd1 error. I have AVAST Installed. And so far the BSOD has only been happening in GTA IV.

AMD Phenom II x4 945 3.0Ghz
4GB RAM.
ATI Radeon HD 6770 1GB GDDR5.
500GB Seagate Barracuda HD.
A880G+ Motherboard.

You have several Issues that need addressing. This isnt going to be a quick fix.!!!

1-Old drivers from as far back as 2003. They cant work in win 7. Update or remove them.
Code:
BIOS64.sys 6/7/2003 7:12:00 PM fffff880`06ac2000 fffff880`06aca000 0x00008000 0x3ee27f50
athrxusb.sys 3/27/2007 5:06:44 AM fffff880`02a4d000 fffff880`02b4b000 0x000fe000 0x4608ecb4
BS_I2c64.sys 6/16/2008 1:45:18 AM fffff880`06aa9000 fffff880`06ab1000 0x00008000 0x48560bfe
AtiPcie.sys 5/5/2009 10:00:22 AM fffff880`019d1000 fffff880`019d9000 0x00008000 0x4a005486
GEARAspiWDM.sys 5/18/2009 7:17:04 AM fffff880`07dde000 fffff880`07deb000 0x0000d000 0x4a1151c0
How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Your AVG (actually Avast). Remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.

I notice your avast which is often at least a contributing cause of BSOD'S . Please remove and replace your Avast with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear5.exe

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Third... GEARAspiWDM.sys. Used by many manufacturers (you need to find which is yours) is one of the causes of the crash. It is also from before win 7 was released and needs to be updated.

Fourth. Your athrx.sys (network driver) is from 2007 and needs to be updated.
