I backed my cpu to disc under system and security/back up

Two things. First, do you want to reinstall. Second, do you have Windows 7 backing up your computer automatically?

I hope not (unless it quits working) and I'm not sure. I am running Norton 360 and it has a back up program with it. I've not used it.

Don't forget to test System Files to make sure the uninstalls didn't damage them. Clean Up Factory Bloatware - Windows 7 Forums

Sometimes uninstalling factory bloatware does more damage than keeping it. This is why the best option for most tech enthusiasts is to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
