I'm having a problem playing certain music files (mp3) in WM Player 12.0. I get a BSOD the instant the song starts. I have identified the name of one of the songs and it always causes a BSOD if I right-click on it in the playlist and click 'play'.
I have network locations in my library. The file that breaks WM Player is on the network. I am trying to determine if this only happens with files in a certain network location.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I have attached a summary of the crashes from BlueScreenView. It is usually related to the driver rdbss.sys. I have also attached the SF Diagnostic Tool output.
