If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these step:
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message. disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press f8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

Follow it:
Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

Or, run Startup Repair for three separate times, with restarts after every single run.
Startup Repair: Run three separate times.

Let us know the results. And, do you have either windows installer disc or the repair disc?
I have some good news and the bad news
bad news first:
1.every time I open and run windows 7.it automatically open startup repair
2.I run it 4 times.even the last time I run the startup repair,it cannot fix it too
good news.
1.I have a computer with an iPod classic 30 gb which it is really helpful.
2.I have a windows 7 installation disc. it like this:
Windows 7 AIO sp1 32 and 64 bit
AIO means I have every version of it:
windows 7 starter x86-32 bit
windows 7 basic x86-32 bit
windows 7 home basic x86-32 bit and x64-64 bit
windows 7 home premium x86-32 bit and x64-64 bit
windows 7 professional x86-32 bit and x64-64 bit
windows 7 ultimate x86-32 bit and x64-64 bit
windows 7 enterprise x86-32 bit and x64-64 bit

My Computer My Computer

OS
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit
:( I dont know about such a disc. It must be custom made. All the discs I have seen are two disc pack, one for 32 bit, and the other is for 64 bit, of the same windows version, say home premium that I have.

Anyway, you should run a startup repair, following the tutorial Startup Repair , for three separate times, with restarts after every single run.
Startup Repair: Run three separate times.

It should cure the situation there.

Hi,

I would consider making a new installation ISO just for the version you are working on. Get it here.

Use just that version to do the Repair Install as instructed by Arc - take the other disk out of the equation..

Report back.

Golden

Mmm. You aren't reading the instructions correcty, so I'll try again:

1. The link goes back to the Repair Install instructions in this thread - read properly
2. Forget the AIO disc - make a new one for ONLY the version of Windows you are trying to repair
3. Forget safe mode
4. Forget DVD
5. Write the new ISO to USB and perform the Repair Install from it.

The link to startup repair was in the link I posted - you need to start clicking on these links to go further mate, its not going to do it for you by itself.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html

Write the ISO I recommended to an external USB thumbdrive, and boot from that.
