hey, i want to reduct with speedfan the RPM of the CPU cooler because its too noisy
is it safe? i mean what will happen with the CPU except that it will be hotter than before? cause its really annoying and thought reducing rpms will help my problem

Make sure the fan and heat sink is clean and nothing is hitting it. If that checks out replace the cpu cooler fan or the cpu cooler and fan.
Doing anything to allow the cpu to run hotter is not a option.

i would if i could , i clean monthly the whole computer - includes the renewing of thermal paste on cpu/gpu
seems i need to live with this problem
found something but in award bios i have no options for it
n bios menu>HW monitor>CPU Fan target>(enabled @60)
Cpu min fan speed @62.5%

Are your CPU temps OK? Should be maxing out about 60 degrees celcius. If not, I'd recommend returning to stock core speeds (if you've already overclocked). Otherwise the stock fan/heatsink just isn't good enough for your needs :)
Apart from that though, to be honest I would look around for an aftermarket cooler. Even cheap ones are better that stock heatsinks AMD supply you with. If you have enough money, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO+ is a great, high performance low-cost heatsink. That cost about $30-35 and about £25-£30. Of course other options are sufficient too, I'd recommend spending at least $10 on a heatsink, they will have better fans that are quieter :)
Hope this helps!

All those temps are very high to me I have had 2 different phenom II chips and mine never went above 45c even with heavy gaming you need to really find out why your cooling isn't as effective as it can be

To be honest I would just swap it out also if you are going for a better heatsink you can put your own after market fans on it because most coolers come with half a** fans to begin with

If you can give us an idea of the space you have in your case to its side panel and a picture or two maybe the best way to go is with a cooler upgrade to get the lowest sound for the greatest cooling. Many great air and sealed water solutions without breaking the bank. Maybe your case fans, filters and such need cleaning and a re-think?

You're on the right path but don't forget to add a front case fan as well. Maybe get a nice twin pack of these:
XIGMATEK CFS-SXGJS-BU2 Case Fan - Newegg.com
Use them in push/pull and take the stock CPU coolers fan and place it in the front of the case, but you may also want to speed reduce it with a resistor!

Sure you'll be able to put almost any PSU in that case. If you're going with a new case of that quality it will have a air flow scheme already. Cool intake from the front, hot case air exhaust from rear and top. Your choice will be to place the PSU with cool air from outside or warm air from case. I like warm air from case unless you have this high on a desk then draw air from outside. Now if you upgraded from air to a sealed water cpu cooler then we could talk more option for air flow but that's not the case! No pun intended !
