CPU Temps way to high please help

How about the air coming out of the radiator? Is it cool, warm, very hot? Have you done anything in the BIOS to disable the CPUs power saving features? You have almost the same CPU I had on an old gaming build of mine (AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition @3.4GHz) and when I disabled the power saving features in BIOS the temps skyrocketed. From an idle of 25-30C to 55-65C after it was running for awhile.
EDIT: It's called AMD Cool and Quiet and was listed in my BIOS as CPU Phase Control.
The air coming out of the radiator is slightly cool, i went into bios and my AMD Cool and quiet was already set to "Auto" (there was no enable feature) also something worth mentioning is that my case feels is fairly cool if that matters at all.

Gosh this is annoying  thanks alot for the reply!
Vaas

Then what about the cooling hoses going to and from the CPU? If they are both cool and/or even in temperature then I believe you have a failing cooling pump, only able to move just enough coolant to keep the computer from shutting down.

They are both somewhat of the same temperature (slighty warm'ish) How do i fix a failing cooling pump if thats what it is? :(

Thanks for the replys,
Vaas

Just for the heck of it, and if you're okay trying it, try quickly touching the cooling block on the CPU, if the CPU really is 80C+ any time period longer than a tap will burn. So if you're okay with the small risk touch it really fast to see how hot it is, if it isn't hot then the CPU isn't hot or somehow the cooling block isn't touching the CPU (highly doubt that). As far as the cooling pump you can't do much more than replace it sadly.

I have not heard all the computer cooling pumps in the would but the ones I have listen to don't make a bunch of noise. That is why I asked for all the specs filled in. (What brand of pump) then I could do some research and see if others are having that kind of problem.
Is the 77C under gaming load or a idle, or what. 77C under gaming load is not bad.
The load put on the computer will also up clock it or down clock it. Of course so will temps.
I don't ask for this information because I can't find something better to do.
I like and want to help. I can't do it without information. Any body can through out a bunch of guesses. A noisy pump can be caused by air in the system ect. Is this cooling system a $600.00 custom build or a H100i ect.
The case is a mid size case with two video cards. Are their extra fans installed for cooling?

Boot into BIOS and check the temperature there, it should be very accurate. If not, I suspect a sensor on the mobo for the cpu is bogus.

I got my computer custom built and they used a stock water cooling so i don't know what brand it is T.T the 77C is at idle

No one is trying to ignore you, just some of your questions have been redundant is all. Though yes water system details would be nice, I just haven't asked for it myself because it wasn't required info in my questioning. He has said the cooling pump sounds the same as usual and that the radiator fan is clean and moving, verified by the fans reported RPMs, along with he says the coolant is fine, and he's shown that these temps are at idle with nothing going on.
Another thing in my mind is what type of coolant is in use? I'm not a water cooling pro but don't some need to be flushed every once and awhile otherwise they clog?

Okay, darn thought I was on to something haha. Seeing as you bought it as a custom made water cooled computer and was told it never needed to be serviced I'm going to assume it's a closed loop system, nothing user serviceable. Something like this. CORSAIR H55 Quiet CPU Coolers - Newegg.com Does it look similar to that? No place to add/remove coolant.

Do this first and we all can help you better. If that CPU cooler is not working then your BIOS CPU temperature reading will let us all know. You can't always rely on benchmarking software.

Do you know how to boot into BIOS? Usually it's just a matter of tapping the Del key during boot-up.

If my water cooling is broken (witch it seems likely ) i would probably just get a cpu fan instead of geting a new water cooler, do you know any good ones? http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-Plus-RR-B10-212P-G1/dp/B002G1YPH0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1375847854&sr=8-1&keywords=cpu+fan would this one work for me?

A quick search around the web shows it has a MTBF of 3-5years, finding a couple of results of users reporting a sloshing/foaming/gurgling sound before complete failure without any leaks visible and one saying during this time it would run around 80C.

If my water cooling is broken (witch it seems likely ) i would probably just get a cpu fan instead of geting a new water cooler, do you know any good ones?

I used this on my CPU which is the same model as yours, it works like a dream, even after I sold it to a friend and he has the thing run 24/7. COOLER MASTER Hyper N 520 RR-920-N520-GP 92mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with Intel 1366/1155/775 and AMD AM3 - Newegg.com

I will probably end up ordering that soon then, are you sure i will have enough space to fit it in my case tho with my 2x gfx card?

Can never be sure, but I had it installed on a micro-atx board in a shoebox case with a single video card, was an extremely tight fit but it fit. Best bet is to look at the posted measurements and measure for yourself. You don't appear to have tall RAM cards, your video card seems a good distance away, your case appears deep enough, and once the radiator is removed it looks like you're clear at every angle.
EDIT: Also buy some more fans to put in your case, one for where the radiator used to be, and two for the top of your case as I see their are none installed up there, your MB temps show it's running pretty hot from lack of air flow.
