"The computer did not resync because no time date was available"

When I use the command w32tm /resync, I get the error "The computer did not resync because no time date was available." How can I fix this?

Based on your specs you have W7 Home Premium.
Group Policy Editor is not available in W7 Home Premium, so I don't believe you can use the solution in
Error message when you run the "w32tm /resync" command to synchronize Windows Server 2003 or Windows SBS to an external time source: "The computer did not resync because no time data was available"

You will need to be an administrator to open the Local Group Policy Editor.

• The Local Group Policy Editor is only available in the Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate, and Enterprise editions.
• The Local Group Policy Editor feature is not included in the Windows 7 Starter, Home Basic, and Home Premium editions.

Make sure you have a backup/restore plan in place, especially before making registry changes such as method 2 ...
