How do I change my boot priority to my external dvd player ?

Hello! I'm having a bit off an issue with my installation of Windows 7 home premium. I Will try to explain it with as many details as possible. I have Windows installed on my computer but now I want to change Windows to home premium , and I'm geting stuck on the boot priority change , because I don't know what to have as first priority!
Any help would be great! And sorry for my bad english.

When you first boot your PC you will see Boot Priority (or similar) and the keyboard key, that will be something like Delete, F12, Esc, etc then you can change your boot order.

If your installing form a Microsoft Windows Disk you need to boot from your Optical Drive.

It looks like it's set to a USB CD ROM drive. Win7 uses a DVD, so it may not work.

You can extract the ISO from disk using ImgBurn and write it to bootable flash stick using UltraISO Software To Create Bootable USB Flash Drive

Then follow these same steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
