Computer Randomly Disconnects From The Internet For A Few Seconds.

Then I would say it's a bad card or a bad slot on the MB. Computer won't even boot to the BIOS?

Computer turns on, I hear the normal sounds but my screens don't turn on thus making it unusable.

Also wanted to add, I installed a pcie firewire card to get some footage off an old video camera... Firewire Card worked fine. It seems that either that card is no bueno with my computer or is dead.

Try a different video cable or display. You said "displays", have you tried with only one connected?

When you changed to integrated VGA, did you enable it in the BIOS?
