I just got an MSI Gt70 gaming laptop last thursday and its been getting BSOD at random times. I did a clean windows 7 install and it still crashed.

When I got the laptop two network drivers were installed one for the Intel card and another for Ethernet bigfoot networks killer. Is it possible to have 2 different LAN modules active? even if one is for WIFI and the other Ethernet?
Thank you, in advance.

In Whocrashed it mentions intel wireless card drivers are causing some crashes but i updated those drivers already. After uploading this it crashed 3 times with the STOP ERROR message on the buttom of the blue screen and it didnt leave a dump file. Or it might be a totally different issue. I ran Memtest86 as you can see.

There is no change in the driver timestamp, meaning you did not update it.

I can't help you if you don't follow my suggestions.

i think the problem is that i used the automatic update tool. From the link you sent me. I'll look for the driver only this time, the tool told me i had the latest driver. Is it possble that something isnt allowing the update to go through?

Thank you for taking the time to help me out.

These are the options i get- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Se...-N+6235&ProdId=3502&LineId=1784&FamilyId=1783

I downloaded the latest one.

I keep downloading the latest driver but it doesn't seem to install. I have the 15.9.2.1 driver and the Intel wireless tool diagnosis says I have 15.9.0.4 its weird. The automatic update says I have the latest driver so its all over the place.

Hey golden after looking under properties of the intel driver in device manager i saw the power management tab. It had this enabled (Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power) i just unchecked it, to see what happens.
