Random BSOD with startup fails

My HP Pavilion dv6 was bought used with Windows 7 installed and it mostly clean. I have had random occurrences of the BSOD. I will go months at a time without a problem and then it'll happen once or many times before stopping again. I thought it might be flash and removed it from the system. I'm recently wondering if it's BlueStacks, but it happens when Bluestacks is not running as well, not even loaded. It does seem to help if I let it "warm up", aka take 10 minutes to load upon turning it on.

The last time, I specifically remember it saying parameter 5002, for which I couldn't find any info on. I MIGHT be able to load some pics from my phone of the BSOD's. The parameters and sys msg are rarely if ever the same.

My main software running is Chrome, Photoshop (CS6), Scrivener, Office 2007, casual games including Big Fish Manager, less often includes Audacity, Media Player, Movie Maker, and bandicam.

I have bought a new laptop in the meantime, because the last BSOD was a bit on the final side in appearance. I would love to be able to return said laptop since it cost more than this one did brand new 5 years ago, and is the same thing, or as close to the same as I could get.
