Registry key to set "Never Check for update"

I want to select "Never check for updates (not recommended)" as a default settings for all users and only an administrator can change the option.
Is there a registry key to do this? I am building an image so it has to be done in the back ground....

We have another non microsoft solution for auto updates so I need it turned off by default, but not disabled for emergency.

Wow so great, thanks UsernameIssues (haha nice nick), my suspicious were right. I tried to regshot it and the virtual machine crashed due to lack of memory, but I thought it could be 1. I was actually looking into:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU]
as per this link.

I know ProcMon, but I didn't know you could intercept changed data?

You will find a lot of info online dealing with the policies area of the registry, but "lower versions/editions" of Windows will ignore some of those settings. It is best to use more universal keys (if they exist).

Alright, WU in Windows 10 does NOT have the option 4 "Never check for updates (not recommended)", but the good thing is that the default admin. template is "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them"; which is c00l, really! =)

.. so, what's the way to disable the updates; like there was in Windows 7 - short of disabling the Windows Update Services (services.msc)?! o.0
