Actually those are all the Startup programs. The only other ones that you don't see is the Steam Client Service(Which I need for my games) and Voobly and OpenOffice.

And Hamachi is a portforwarding program used by gamers to host private servers with their friends. And Yes, I do need it

I'm not a gamer that is the reason I didn't know what all those things were. Open Office does require Java from my understanding. That's the reason I will not use Open Office.

I have not heard anything good about AVG in quite some time.
I would be very leery about your Tuneup program by AVG.

We need to wait for Arc to read your new log.

I hate to be that annoying guy that has too many problems, but I just got another Blue Screen. 1 for IRQL Less or not Equal, and another one for PFN_List_Corrupt(First time I got this error).

On the bright side, the Monitor Goes to Sleep problem has been greatly decreased.

I would prefer to know the result of memtest86+ before any further crash dump analysis; because if there is memory failure (there is a high possibility) then crash dump analysis will be of no use.

Agree with Arc and Layback Bear on their suggestions on the memtest and the start up tab I only ever have my security in it see http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11728-optimize-windows-7-a.html point 9 (the rest is good too)
You have the start up tab in CCleaner as per Laybacks pics too (separate button)

Personally I ma not a great fan of AVG either my partner has it on her machine and I am forever having tidy it up for her as someone conned her into the AVG tune up program too

The Kaspersky scan if you want doesn't take long to run and doesn't need Windows to run either.

I have done the memtest86+ process and left it overnight. 9 passes...and 0 errors it says. Did this twice on both Thursday and Friday.

A very good news, apparently.

We consulted about your issue and the troubleshooting procedure. If memory test reports no errors, it is some of your installed craps (like AVG) that is throwing the error. And it will be very time consuming to eliminate the problematic elements there.

The easiest way is to start afresh. Perform a clean reinstall. It will not only minimize the chance of a software/driver caused BSOD but also will give you a more efficiently functioning computer.

If the issues are still there even after a clean reinstall, then we have to look at the last places.
