Power outage the other night (not sure if it's related)
On startup (during windows splash screen) constant BSOD referencing driver Ha20x22k.sys
(crappy pic from phone here Click This )

After scouring the web seems its a creative driver. I uninstalled and reinstalled anything related to Creative or Creative labs as well as my video drivers. even went into the system32 folder and manually deleted the driver. BSOD still returns. Removing the sound card allows my PC to run fine (as right now) but no matter what I do re-installing sound card (Fatal1ty X-fi Titanium pro) leads to immediate return of BSOD

used a reg cleaner, while it cleaned my dirty registry no help for the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK, I opened this one it's not empty like the last one. Sorry about that.

By the way several more BSODs updating more drivers. Mostly concerned with the ones pertaining to the Ha20x22k.sys though.

Is there a source to download only that driver? Creative only has a package, which is where I got that same driver from in the first place.

yes it is. Ran Malwarebytes. trying to update some of my USB drivers (they have always given me problems since I bought this mobo.) If i can get a few to stick ill move back to sound card drivers. Getting late and time is limited so i may not have time till tomorrow. I'll keep you updated as I find time to fiddle with this more. Thanks for the constant feedback.

No problem. For testing purposes try removing the sound card and use onboard sound.

And also, what is your reg cleaner? Is it CCleaner? If not, then:
:ar: Uninstall any registry cleaners while it's possible. Registry cleaners can delete registry, but (and) files. It is a scam. Don't trust any of them.

uninstalled bit defender, and all creative drivers again. Ran malware and Windows defender and a registry cleaner. Was able to update a usb bus driver but iusb3 still bsod on boot. Left me with 3 hours of sleep before work hehe. When I get home I'll check bios for updates (seems iusb3 sometimes linked to that) and try again, maybe disable my usb3 ports while in bios. then either way successful or not. I will try the sound card drivers again

Yes that is what I did last night to catch up on my online courses and my Cisco labs (and about an hour game time) with my online courses and Cisco labs (and all my Cisco course materials online) any time my computer acts up it scares me.

Well, there was a bios update. Updated it, iusb3 still bsod on install. Went to Intel website for driver in case they had a different driver ver than mobo . On manual install I got a message 'you are about to replace a newer version, do you wish to continue (same ver number)' so I backed out.

Ha20x22k.sys still gives me bsod on boot.

Uninstalled video and all amd drivers and software ran c cleaner battled video drivers for hours. Finally manually installed older version as I only updated to new ver a few weeks ago. No progress. I'm at a loss

Runs perfectly fine with the soundcard removed. Have tried several times removing all software/drivers/hardware, Ccleaner, registry cleaner. Reinstall. Still have same BSOD. For the time being I am just running it without the sound card.

I have also tried Treexy Driver fusion, no luck with that either
