Computer crashing ocasionally with blue screen, CPU hogging

So lately my CPU has been constantly at 70%-90% because of "System Idle Process" and the computer aswell began to crash with a blue screen and shutting down.
I would appreciate any help, thanks

Note: The smss.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. In other cases, smss.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm!
So I tried to check the path in your system, but it says .....So the risk remains there.
