Arc, I imagine your max temp is around 100. If the max you get is 45, then it's no problem. I wouldn't try overclocking or running prime with it though.

Well I just got up and had some coffee and jumped on the forum and what do I see.
Arc computer is working. That is great news.
Better news would be; what caused the problem. I guess we will never know.

As most know, I don't use stock cpu coolers but millions of people do. So it is still a judgement call by the owner of the computer.
Monitoring the temps when doing the work one normally does should be done often when it's a new build.

In my opinion, if a case has the ability of adding more case fans I recommend adding the fans.
More proper air circulations through the case can only help. It's even more important in places that get high ambient temperatures.

I talked with gigabyte guys, they approved it as a failing motherboard and admitted that they will give me a replacement. Tomorrow I will send the board to RMA.

No, Steve. No more problems at all. Everything is working like a charm. The computer boots up with Windows 10TP within 15-17 seconds and it shuts down within 5-7 seconds.

I havent got any decent CPU cooler yet. My cooling is still one 120 mm and one 80 mm case fan; and teh stock intel CPU cooler. I am not obtaining any other thing, no vendor can supply any better to me (It might be tough to believe for you, but a hard truth for the geographical location where I dwell). But I will get it. It may take some time. For the record, CPU temp maximizes to more or less 50ºC, but the average temp is around 40º.

Thank you, not only for all your help but also for the appreciation. As I am asking for help, I have to explore all the suggestions I obtained.

As CS5 fulfills my needs, I never paid attention to it.

I got the Cooler and RAM. Havent installed the cooler yet (I think it will need a time and a cool head to do it, so taking a time and watching videos), but plugged in the RAM. Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz, 4 GBx2.

Make sure the cooler tubing is not rubbing on anything like maybe the video card.

Well, I have a laptop which is almost unused. One is enough for me. But I liked your idea, I can make another one. May be very soon, when 5th gen will be easily available.

Arc, cabling is an art and not a science. Probably the majority of us have never mastered it, but that does not include Jack. He has mastered the art. Most of the very good cable routing jobs, are ones that have been done and redone several times. Very few of us who don't look at our computer and think 'if I ran that cable a different way it would look better'.
