I don't know why but since 2 weeks my system is slowing down everything. I changed my HDD, Ram and my MOBO still the issue is not fixed. Sometimes when system works fine suddenly it gives a BSOD of Memory Dump with F4 error. I tried to contact a local tech also but he is also not able to find the issue.
Is there anyone who could help me with it?
Another thing which is strange in my system. The graphic card is working fine but the fan on the GPU is not moving. I don't know what the issue is but I tried disconnecting the GPU still the lagging issue is coming.

Tried removing the GPU and used the inbuilt graphics still the issue is not fixed. I don't understand the issue. I am seeing this issue for the first time. The system is not heating up also. Also I'm using HDMI port and not VGA.

when you changed HDD i assume you installed a fresh copy of windows right? if no. do it.

try EACH hardware at a time like LAN card or wireless card... even the optical drive
can cause it!!

Tried disconnecting the ODD aswell but still not fixed. Tried changing the processor fan and the SMPS also. I did install a fresh copy of Windows several times. I have a OEM windows DVD with pre-installed key on the MOBO.
Any other solution you can help me with?
