Im the only person using this coputer, I custom build it myself. My start up contains nothing besides my antivirus program. What kind of program would you think would interfere with this? by the way after hide all microsoft service program i see there nvidia display driver service should that be disabled too?

A while back I remember someone mentioning motherboard manufacturer's software causing sleep. If your non-Microsoft services are disabled too, I guess it is not the issue.

I would try changing to another power plan first and disabling display sleep. Or make a custom power plan with it disabled.

I am not sure if power settings work in Safe Mode but you could try there too.

Yes, disable all non-MS services, this is for troubleshooting. You can enable as easily.

i have a asrock x99x killer mobo, it came with f stream tuning software for oc and power usage. I remember before in order to change my power option to performance i had to change in f stream tuning or it will reset. But im not seeing any turn off diaply option.

Try uninstalling F-Stream and see if it will correct the issue. You can re-install it later after finding out if it is responsible or not.
