Is this a wired or wireless connection issue?
[Wireless]

Who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?
[Comcast?]

3. What type of Broadband connection are you using?
[Unsure]

4. What is the exact Make and Model of your Modem, Router or Modem/Router Combo
[NetGear Wireless-N 150Router, Model WNR1000v2]

5. What is the Name of the Anti-Virus, Security or Firewall Software
[None], Malware-bytes Anti-malware Home Premium

Okay so i made a similar post about the Adapter not wanting to connect and always saying limited, and i run complete internet repairs and stuff and it 'Seems' To be fixed for now, though now i disconnect every once in a while and It seems really slow i was just trying to download something that was 1.7MB and that took a good 5 minutes.. Why? Well thats what i was hoping someone from here could tell me.

My signal quality from "WiFiInfoView" Is a good 62/100
My adapter status says a good 90mb/s- 120mb/s in a quick hop a few times.
(When i had 30-45mb/s it was running faster, So im at a lost)

Yet it's still slow, I had a problem in the past where lower signals were doing better and now its the same with the 30-45mb/s being better than the 90mb/s So confused with wifi.

Possibly WiFiInfoView is only showing the bandwidth between PC and router and has no implication towards Internet connection.

What does a SpeedTest say? Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

How much is your download/upload speeds in your Internet plan? A phone call to your ISP will clear it up if you don't know.

When you suspect any slow downs (a single site may be slow, try a SpeedTest and some other sites too) try a wired connection. Resetting modem/router and later PC if not fixed may help correct the issue.

Ah well i suppose i should mention as in my other post, This is still neighbors connection from across the street. Not sure what their speeds are just know that recently it's been getting a lot slower even though my adapter says it is going faster. Currently the speed test says Speedtest.net by Ookla - My Results

And it's not a single site, its all any i try to connect to take a long time to load, if at all

You should talk to your neighbor then, see what they are getting. Is it possible that they have gone over their monthly download quota and throttled down? I wouldn't know how the system works where you live.

I suppose that could be what the issue is, but i still feel it is in part of my Adapter/Computer as it has troubles connecting still. Well i guess it can't be helped

Yes, please see what speeds they get. But also test while your laptop is closer - like, right outside their home.

You show a good signal strength, but funny things can happen with distance.

Also, use this speedtest site for a second opinion.
