I have a problome with IDM... please help

How are you Guys !
I have a problome with IDM !
when i want to run it i get this message :

I have unstalled it several times but the same thing !!

Its a permissions thing. you need to take ownership. instructions here http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1911-take-ownership-shortcut.html?ltr=T

did you follow the steps in the tutorial? if you did when you right click something there will be a "take ownership" item. go to the IDM icon right click it and take ownership. You shouldn't have access denied.

Ok lets see if it is there. go to program iles (X86) IDM and look to see if the file is there. idm.exe

What anti virus are you using?
Use Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs, Solve uninstall problems and uninstall IDM. If it asks to restart the computer, dont restart. Let Revo Uninstaller completely remove IDM. Then d/l IDM from here and install it.

i use kaspersky internet security 2010
and i use your unstaller 2008!

I m using KIS 2010 here too. I opened IDM and it opened fine.

did you try a system restore? Does this happen with only IDM or all other apps?

Just with IDM and now i'll try to restore the system!
