BootMGR Error Appeared.... (Root of all problem:BSOD)

I'm actually having this problem for a long time:

December - I downloaded SketchUp 2016 and then a BSOD appeared after restarting my laptop. But i can't find a way to fix it.

January - My dad has the installation disk so i did reinstalled windows and finally, the BSOD Stop:
0x07b stopped showing. BUT, a new problem occured and its the ntoskrnl.exe and it said that
my kernel is missing or corrupt. I thought i cant fix it anymore so i just left it.
February - My laptop is just hidden and not useful....

March - 1 Week ago - my dad left overseas with his installation disk and a laptop so i dont have a laptop to use anymore so i just borrow my sister's laptop then suddenly, i found a way to fix it:
I have to use the windows installation disk so i can have the System Recovery Options
and then i will go to command prompt and type some stuffs to fix the problem but the disk
is no longer in our house. So i seached for a way to fix it without a disk

Last Mon. - I keep finding a way to go to the System Recovery Options without the installation disk
but i cant see anything.

Last Tues. - I gaved up about the repair your computer option in the Advanced Boot Option without the installation disk and i tried all the options in there but none of them worked

Last Wed. - I found a way that i can make a bootable USB in order to have the System Recovery
Options so i made a plan that i will do it tomorrow

Today - I did installed the Rufus and Followed the steps here:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2432-usb-windows-7-installation-key-drive-create.html?ltr=U Then i downloaded an iso file of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 then i started making the bootable USB with my 8gb USB using Rufus and it went fine. Until when i tried it in my self annoying and the "i wanna throw it away right now" laptop, it had a problem saying:-
"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1.insert windos cd and run a repair your computer option.
File: /boot/bcd
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: The “Windows Boot Configuration Data File is Missing
And this is the settings i did in the rufus:

Partition scheme and target system type : MBR Partition Scheme for BIOS or UEFI
File System: NTFS
Cluster Size: Default (4096 bytes)
Quick Format: Checked
Create a bootable disk using: ISO Image (so i browsed the ISO Image of the Windows 7 Home Premium)
Create extended label and icon files: Checked

So what i did to try to fix it is i made the Cluster Size to 2048 bytes but when i tried to boot from my self annoying and the "i wanna throw it away right now" laptop, it said Press any key to boot from USB so i did pressed and pressed but it dont work and it will just boot to the Hard Disk Drive...

So now, I really need your help guys because my summer vacation will be worthless without my laptop that is functioning properly :( and if i fix my laptop, i will treat it the same way like in 2015 again: favorite laptop of the year! Any help of you guys will mean a lot of help. :)

EDIT: Now i tried to reset the BIOS settings to default then when i booted to my usb, it said that BootMGR is missing...

As you are so impatient I don't think they will.

Remember it's volunteers helping on their time, you can't expect them to come running within the hour because you have a problem, if you want a rapid response then take it to a computer shop.

BTW the really badly formatted post with big text and strange line breaks doesn't help (I'll fix it).

There ya go, that`s better :)

Does it have a dvd drive ? It`s soo much easier to install windows with a dvd .

Microsoft DigitalRiver Mirror

Free ISO Burner

Burn to dvd at no faster then x4 speed

?Torrent® (uTorrent) - a (very) tiny BitTorrent client (Do not install any extra offered garbage)

Everything you need is in these links to create a new windows 7 install dvd.

Download the iso file of the version you need and use the key on your COA to activate windows, you have 30 days, you do not have to activate windows right away.

I don't have that COA too since my father is the one who bought it. Also what does that you have 30 days mean?

You would need the product key before 30 days as that's how long they give you to activate. I don't know about the Boot Manager thing.

If you have burned the W7 dvd as suggested earlier (assume you'll need another laptop to do this), then just try installing with it.

If your Dad is away with the disc and product key for more than 30 days you could still use the laptop with a live linux usb without installing anything. You'd need access to someone's laptop, and an empty usb stick/pendrive - download the iso (Xubuntu LTS is quite good) onto the laptop - then you can either burn a dvd and run it live from dvd, or install something like unetbootin to make a bootable usb. You don't have to install it at all, but can install it if you want to.

I would burn the 14.04 Long term release one (LTS) - left hand link - it seems to work on just about any computer.

Xubuntu

You may be getting the error for having an incompatible Recovery Disk/installation media etc.

Personally, the only time I saw this error is while trying to install from an evaluation server 2012 iso which has expired. After downloading a new one from MS Eval center all was good.

It was just a suggestion to be able to do some stuff on your computer if you can't get it activated with Windows. You can burn Xubuntu to usb as well. It just runs live from the usb stick so you can still install windows to your hard drive. It's a fairly straightforward easy one to use and if it's just for internet access you only need the browser in it really.

Which netbook is it? I've installed Windows on a few netbooks, but only via a Windows disc with a portable dvd drive.

Are you sure there isn't a recovery option built in? Asus netbooks had an option to press F something (sometimes F8) to reset to factory settings.

I'll try the xubuntu one an i have a question, if it is a live one, will it work even the usb stick is not inserted?

I also tried the unetbootin but it showed me the "Operating System not found" error message

Also i dont think so since i only use that netbook for my Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint Projects and some scholl stuffs. but i think it has the recovery option i just dont know where it is since that netbook never had an issue like these minor//major errors

Of course you have to insert the usb stick to run ubuntu. If there`s a recovery partition, watch the screen when you boot the netbook, it will show which key to push to start the recover process.

For ubuntu, You have to insert the usb stick, then use the 1 time boot menu key (if the PC has that option) to boot from the usb stick, you can then run ubuntu, you`ll be given 2 options

Try it or install it, just choose Try it.

Personally I prefer Zorin

Zorin OS - Download

As AddRam says, you need the usb stick plugged into the machine. On the Asus netbooks you hit the escape key repeatedly when you switch the machine on and the boot menu appears. You then select the usb stick. Rather than install, it then runs the operating system directly from the USB.

Anyway - you might need your netbook manual to find out how to access the recovery partition. You said your Dad had the disc and product key with him - so maybe you had a clean install - in which case there wouldn't be a recovery partition.

I haven't tried Zorin :-) I know you can make the latest Xubuntu look a bit like windows by changing the colour scheme, so it can be more familiar.

This link explains how to install it to a usb drive and suggests using Pen Drive Linux rather than unetbootin (it's for Ubuntu rather than Xubuntu but same instructions apply).

How to create a bootable USB stick on Windows | Ubuntu

Obviously you'd need to do this on someone else's laptop. Download the Linux OS (whether it's xubuntu or zorin) onto the computer - download the pendrive linux program and then follow the instructions.

Where are you at with trying to get Windows 7 back on the netbook? There are tutorials on here on how/where to download it and burn it to usb.

If you've got files on the laptop I wouldn't install though, just run it live - you might be able to recover some of them later.

As AddRam says, you need the usb stick plugged into the machine. On the Asus netbooks you hit the escape key repeatedly when you switch the machine on and the boot menu appears. You then select the usb stick. Rather than install, it then runs the operating system directly from the USB.

Im not installing the windows 7 in the netbook instead in my DELL LAPTOP AND IM JUST USING MY NETBOOK TO MAKE THE BOOTABLE USB (capsed it sine i think u guys are talking about doing a clean install in the fully functioning netbook instead of the laptop that has the ntoskrnl.exe

I also tried to go to the f8 of my dell laptop but it dont show the "repair your computer" that will put me in the recovery options

Now i see that u guys are talking about the other device im using instead of the laptop that needs the help of everyone...

Also why would i go to recovery options and reinstall the netbook if its the "someone elses laptop//my sister's" and its not what im fixing and what im fixing is the laptop?

So confused :(

Of course you have to insert the usb stick to run ubuntu. If there`s a recovery partition, watch the screen when you boot the netbook, it will show which key to push to start the recover process.

For ubuntu, You have to insert the usb stick, then use the 1 time boot menu key (if the PC has that option) to boot from the usb stick, you can then run ubuntu, you`ll be given 2 options

Try it or install it, just choose Try it.

Personally I prefer Zorin

Zorin OS - Download

Thanks but i will try the ubuntu since its more fammiliar to me than zorin os
