The graphics driver for the 865G chipset may be a problem, but people have found some that worked. (No Aero Glass, but that's not vital.) If you can come up with an AGP DirectX9 graphics card, you'd be better served.

I see that Asrock offers you no help in the form of Windows 7 (or even Vista) drivers. At a guess, you should be able to get drivers for all of the peripherals (onboard sound, etc.).
