lol I think that 4mb RAM is worth running

? it gives u automatic registry clean + system optimization advices + turbo mode :O!
what more could u ask from a 4mb services
2gb - 4mb = 2gb
Running TU 2013 and it is definitely NOT only 4mb. I found that it had almost 20 programs "opitmized" - which means partially loaded - for quick start, etc. So, you need to adjust your little math formula to:
2gb - (4mb + 20P) = who the hell really knows
This is especially true when I run msconfig and there is no option what-so-ever for Tuneup. Neither is there one in the standard "startup" options. How the hell it is loading and running but not being in either place is interesting voodoo.
The Task Manager option is nice IF you only want to shut it down for one session, but it comes right back at next start up, loading itself and who knows what all.
I am running 3rd gen i7, in maybe 2 or 3 programs what used to take 5 seconds now takes 4.3 seconds but for most programs what took 5 seconds now takes 6. I flat out don't need their "optimization". The problem is, I really like their utilites, how well they work, organization, etc. Thats all I want, and I don't need it in memeory "right now" if I only use it once a week.
I payed $1000 for the laptop, it is mine, not theirs. It pisses me off that they rig programs that takes over ownership of peoples computers. And most people don't even care. It's fine if you are young, dumb, and still used to mommy & daddy telling you what to do. I don't need that thanks.
TLDR; This is still an issue for some - a real solution would be great, other than "just uninstall it"
