Why would another router be needed after the X-box? Going from the PC wired NIC into the X-box with ICS enabled should get it done unless I'm missing something here.
ICS use to work well for me back in the XP days but the lame part is that you need to have the host machine turned on for ICS to work. Never had a problem getting the connection up though.
