Instead of suggesting individual components... Can I suggest you have a read through this? : Best Graphics Cards For The Money: January 2010
That way you can pick a card that will suit your budget ;) What do you want to do with the card? HDTV? Gaming?
What's your budget for a monitor?

You are aware that the CPU you bought is obsolete - the LGA 775 is now outdated. I would have gone with a Phenom X4 955 - the AM3 socket is still going strong. Same for DDR2 memory and the P45 chipset.

Forgive me for not being clear in the first place , my Budget is 25k in Ind Rupees (around 500-600 USD)

Pl suggest a C2Q , which I can use in my confir,
& any input abt this mobo & GPU.
Also pl suggest if 800 MHz RAM is ok,
will choosing 1066MHz will have substatial difference in performance.

If you read through, the OP stated they were looking for a C2Q to fit a mobo with integrated graphics for "moderate" gaming and HD playback for IRP25K.

It will be fine, but from a tech perspective its getting old. Any issues with the build? I'd install the chipset first from the motherboard's manfacturer download page, and then rest. Use the drivers guide in my sig. Then image the system, just in case.

Yeah, but not everybody really has a need for the latest tech. I'm a fairly hardcore computer user and I built a Core 2 Quad setup in July on 775...and for my needs, it's a beast of a machine. Build some test boxes at work in August that I used C2D, and C2Q's in on 775 mobos and they have been fastastic.

I generally don't go for top of the line..but rather like to stay somewhat modest and just replace the machine with a new build every 2 years. And savings in some areas like CPU's can be put into other areas....like my file server, or in faster hard drives....which make far more of a difference for me than going with a faster CPU.

There is no need to benchline everybody else's PC against yours...unless you do the exact same things, have the same budget and have to meet the same objectives.

....like my file server,
What is this file server, is it same as network Server(NAS)........
