Windows disk management isn't so nifty for moving the start of partitions. You are pretty much stuck adding the free space to the partiton it's immediately to the right of. Disk management can make partitions larger be extending the end, but it doesn't want to mess with the beginning.
I've heard Partition Wizard freeware is more flexible.
You could use this free utility, the Ultimate Boot Disc. You can download it here: CLICK MEdo you have any third party s/w which you know
