.jpg to .wmv for free. (It will open IE with adds 2 times 1 with 1 add & 1 with 4 or 5 adds)
I got a email with a .pps, some of the people I send to don't have MS office or
Open Office so I converted it. I got the info from here How to convert a PDF file to Word, Excel or JPG format go down to
Convert PDF to JPG Format – Second Way

download both Omniformat v9.3 and the PDF995 from the link. Install PDF995 driver 1st the then converter then Omniformat v9.3.
Save the .pps to desktop, open it mine opened in Open Office go to file\print
then choose PDF995 from dropdown menu for printer, when is done it will ask to save click OK (it will open IE with a add 1st 1) now there is a PDF,
put the Copy (it deletes the copy when converting) of the PDF in C:\omniformat\watch
go to start go to All Programs Software995\Omniformat start it (more adds 2nd 1s) in dropdown menu choose jpg then click on Single Pass when done the jpgs are in C:\omniformat\watch. If you want .wmv open Windows Movie maker & import jpgs & make a wmv.

Jerry
Yeah, of course you need PowerPoint. I you have only the PP Viewer, that will not work. Then you need the Add-on, open the .pps in PP and then you can "Save as" and choose .pdf.

Yeah, I think Open Office is trying to provide similar function as MS Office. A while ago, I played around with Open Office. But I like my Office 2007 better. Probably a matter of what I am used to.
