Hello everybody! Ill try to post a new thread! sorry for my poor english.

After buy my new Computer, i installed win 7 64 bits version, i installed mobo drivers and when i used to restart i had an error as if I had turned off the PC directly from the outlet, but i could start.After the final update turned off the pc and went to sleep. two days later I turned on and i had the blue screen just before entering the desktop loading the win and i could not start the PC, even when put to the win see what the problem was he gave blue screen and restarted. I disconnected the PC and turned on todey again, ask to restore the windows and stood in the following blue screen:

STOP: 0000021a {FATAL SYSTEM ERROR}
THE SESSION PROCESS OR SYSTEM PROCESS TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY WITH A STATUS OF 0X00000000 (0XC0000221 0X001003F0)
THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN

OK,Restarted again, I managed to restore the windows, it became normal again. So reinstalled everything I left the windows recognize the drivers not installed any motherboard drivers, so ...installed the updates when I installed the lastest updates blue screen has again before carrying the win to enter the desktop! gave the following error log:

Hello !! Welcome to SF !!

The Dump is pointing to a Windows Core System File which might not be the actual problem. But lets do some basic troubleshooting

HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC:

Run Hard Drive Diagnostic and Memory Diagnostic

Start | CMD | Right Click and Run as administrator | SFC /SCANNOW

There was a Service execptions with NTSTATUS Error 0xc0000005 usually caused by Firewall / Antivirus. If you have installed any uninstall it completely and also run the Removal Tool to make sure all the left over files are out.

Ok I believe you used the MemTest86+ to run the Diagnostic. Then as i asked you before what protect i.e. Firewall / Antivirus are you using ??

yes, used memtest86+. Not using antivirus, only windows 7 defender that i think it was updated with windows update too, and only windows 7 original firewall.

hey, I have almost identical system to you! I have been getting BSOD's left right and centre!!! Removing the ram from slots 3 and 4 fixed it for me! I`m certain there is no problem with the ram itself(Mushkin Radioactive, top stuff!), I think it might be some strange motherboard configuration problem with the MSI. I`ve not figured it out yet why running 4 x 2gb sticks causes problems, but it does! Dunno if there are BIOS updates maybe or it could just be a RAM configuration problem?

Try removing your DDR from slots 3 and 4 and see how it goes!

Cheers,

Samuel :)
