Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having problems with the file msxml4.dll. When I try to register it (regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msxml4.dll) I get the following message:

You might want to uninstall (if they are there) from Control Panel=>Programs, those msxml4 service Pack (see screenshot), then reinstall them from the MS Download Center...

By the way, i do not have this msxml4.dll in my system32 folder...that's maybe why you can't register it.

You're looking in the wrong place.

bigseb the one thing you don't have in your specs is whether your Windows is 32 or 64 bit. If it is 64 bit that file is 32 bit, and is only found in the SysWOW64 folder.

I still suggest him to reinstall MSXML4 SP2....

Solved!

I think the files were corrupted. Deleted the msxml4.dll from c:\windows\system32 (I'm running XP Pro x32) and downloaded a new one. Also downloaded msxml.msi. Ran the .msi and registered the .dll et voila!
