hello guys, i bought a new laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium. i ran "dxdiag" and it says my win 7 home premium is 64 bit, build 7600. My big problem is that, i have 2 program file folders one with "program files" only, and the other with "program files (x86). my knowledge for this is that i have a 64 bit os installed on a 32 bit processor? am i wrong? All i know is that x86 is 32 bit and x64 is 64 bit. So why is it that a 64 bit os is preinstalled in a 32 bit processor?. i appreciate all your replies, thnx =)
