ok could do with some help here lol

got windows installed and trying to connect to the internet with built in wireless adp

can see my router ok and is listed

but also getting a gateway icon as well which is popping up and then disapearing


how can i disable this gateway as i think this is stopping me connecting to the internet


it seems to want to connect to this gateway first no matter what i do

In the start button do a search for Gateway and see what comes up.

went to start on computer and typed gateway in the search but nothing came up ?

Try creating a new internet connection.

Go into Control Panel, Internet Options,Connections, then set up a new connection anyway.
Hope this will get you going in the right direction.
