Solved Office 2013 Exel: Can't Free up Space on Clipboard error

Hello,

On Excel 2013, each time I do a drag and drop or copy and drop to a different cell, I get the error message below. I checked the clipboard and it is empty.

I've done some research and Microsoft said it because of Bing browser, but bing is not installed.

I have the same problem with Excel 2016 and was about to post here about it.

My associate had found the solution on our side. We use VNC (its a remote access software) and after disabling it, it worked!
