Solved Windows Logs - Security - Audit Failure on Start Up

I'm consistently getting four Audit Failure events indicated in the Windows Logs - Security immediately after start. Task Category: System Integrity. Screen shot are indicated below. Is this a serious indication of a problem? How do I troubleshoot and repair?

SFC reports no integrity violations.

I've searched the registry for the key, but it doesn't appear.

So far, I think the source of the problem is the NVIDIA GeForce software. In particular, their seems to be a problem with the Game Streamer Server Certificate.

I now know the source of these Audit Failure errors. It's the NVIDIA Streamer Network Service. I've disabled the service along with NVIDIA Streamer Service and NVIDIA 3D Service. The errors don't appear in the logs with these services disabled.

I'll mark this thread as solved. But, I will continue to investigate this issue, because I don't know if the problem is the NVIDIA software or an issue with this Win 7 Pro x64 install.
