0X00000116 When start PC first time

Always when I start my PC first time I get 0X00000116 blue screen at windows logo. After that computer restarts and boots perfectly. Does not matter how many times I restart computer after that - it starts fine.
If I will disconnect it from power source and start it again - blue screen.

I did follow this instruction - no luck.

If I remove my Nvidia card and start computer on my Intel Integrated Graphichs - no blue screen.

Counterfeit installations such as yours contained heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them :)

This windows was installed on different system, I just put HDD to my PC and reinstalled Chipset drivers. Looks like something is still wrong. Ok. I will reinstall windows! :)

So my Product ID also contains "OEM" in it, since that's what I bought for my computer. How would that make it not genuine? Technically, system builder is if you're building the computer (as the OEM) for someone else to then be resold to that person. If I understand it correctly.

So I just reinstalled Windows with Produkt Key from the sticker on the tower. I am getting the same blue screen! I have not even installed anything else yet. No drivers on any other software.
Maybe the problem is in motherboard-videocard compatibility? I updated BIOS on motherboard already. Same blue screen...

I'm not an expert as many of the others, who can properly analyze a dump file, but BlueScreenView highlights these three files from your second dump file:

Yeah, that looks like a system builder product key so you're good.

It's flagging your video card driver, but it's the basic windows installer driver from 2009,

Ok. I will. I had this Videocard installed in different PC (Acer Veriton M261) and have not had any problems. I think that problem is not in drivers, it is in videocard (maybe I have to update BIOS on videocard?)

Anyway, I will install all the Windows updates and drivers from Nvidia web site and will see what it does.

Yeah, just go with the updates and driver for now and see how it goes before you start messing with the card or it's BIOS.

Interestingly enough, I can search "00426-OEM-8992662-00006" and get results on Google, my Product ID, not so much.

I'm not the best person to answer that but the ID will denote a certain product or product line and the product key from the COA sticker will be unique to that machine.

There are also SLP keys that the big OEM's use when mass installing on their machines but cannot be used for activation on a reinstall.

The reason you had a bunch of Google hits on that one is because it's on all those companies computers for that version, yours isn't.

So I have it right the Hard drive was in the machine that had the original install and you just swapped it out to another machine. Now I might have missed something here but that original install (?OEM) is tied to the original board - unless you got permission from Microsoft to change it to the new board. Just adding drivers is not going to do anything much except give you grief.

Now the old board I take it was Gateway - so what is the brand of the new board - if you are having to updates or install drivers.

The dump files as everyone says are loaded with NVidia driver problems -my suggestion is to roll back to an older driver and try that - just because the latest is the newest doesn't really mean the graphics are going to work A-1.

Using HW Info
PART A:
You can test the volts on the PSU with HW Info HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < download the right bit version and close the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power section where you will see what the volts are doing see my pic.
The original right hand window shows the machine running and is handy for that but for looking at the components in some detail close it and use the main left hand side panel
FOR OTHER COMPONENTS
PART B:
Open each small square with + in it on the section the components are in and then click on the individual component/s (it will highlight in blue) - in the right hand side will appear all sorts of details including brands speeds and other essential info that particular device. See pic for example.
Part B: is the one you want for that and a shot of the readout in part A: would be good too.

Actually, the original board got bad, so I replaced it with a different one (and reinstalled Chipset drivers using ERD). Anyway, it does not matter anymore, because I wiped that HDD and reinstalled OS and I am still getting the same blue screen at the same point (only on first start).

I have not installed drivers and updates yet. Will do this evening, when will be at home.
