1282MB hardware reserved memory - seems too much to me..

As you can see from the attached pics, it always stays the same amount of Reserved Ram:

Could you try placing the RAM's in Dimm2_3 and Dimm2_4 ... post the resmon snapshot

Then try Dim2_1 and Dim2_3 ...post the resmon snapshot.
