You can have a friend register you for one. He only needs to refresh the giveaway page once he sees the confirmation from Paragon(at Paragon page --do not click "Click to return to Facebook"). Refresh or click the "back" button on the registration page and supply your email. Did it for a friend and it worked.

I finished downloading it now and it is Paragon System Backup 10 Special Edition, a 91017 KB download.The registration can be used on three systems.

I have several versions of this app. already. From beta testing to the current rlease. I was very keen then that manual backup should be included as an option - fortunately Paragon listen to the testers and have done that.

This Giveaway is not the same as my latest version- however, it is the same as the givaway on GOTD recently.

It is aimed at the complete beginner - you might get a copy for your Aunt.

Anyone slightly beyond that stage would do better with the free Pargon B&R11 - an excellent app.

The HDM 2011 Suite is better still - not free tho.

I imagine Paragon are doing the Facebook giveaway in the belief complete beginners will be downloading it - as far as I can see, those who have shown an interest are beyond that.

Yep, you are absolutely right. Though I downloaded it, I will not be installing it but rather give it to any friend who might be interested. I have the Paragon Hard Disk Manager 10 and 11 suites but usually make backups and restore by booting the Paragon WinPE Recovery disk ISO on my multiboot pendrive or running the ISO stored in the HDD using EasyBCD.

Oh well, sorry. I was hoping for better. I have Drive Backup 9.5 Pro I use as my backup, backup for Acronis. So I too will skip it. Hope someone needs/wants it. A Guy
