3 TB Hard ONLY show 750GB

i have a 3 TB hard drive. i format witht he WD software that came with the dive. now all i see is a 750GB partition. i have used Easeus Partition manger, Windows Disk Manager and non of them show any other hidden, UNallocated or drive with out letter. how can i get my drive back to the correct partition.
