32 bit upgrade to 64 bit

Basically, how do I update my computer from Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit to Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit using my current license (and yes my computer is capable of 64 bit architecture).

You will need to clean install with a 64-bit version of Windows 7.

Before updating from 32-bit to 64-bit, I must ask: why did you have 32-bit installed originally? Do you have the amount of RAM necessary for 64-bit Windows 7?

The minimum requirements for 64-bit are 2 GB, but I would recommend at least 4 GB if you plan on running 64-bit with any intensive applications or games.
