I have been getting a bunch of different errors, mostly while gaming, only in certain places.

I run an
AMD Athlon 64 dual core
4gig corsair memory
Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS
Win7 64bit

From what I can remember I have received

Irql not less than or equal too
System Service Exception
Page Fault in Nonpaged Area
Driver something (tried a new install of windows (not clean install) still crashes)
Memory something (tried memtest, no errors, tried individual sticks, still crashes)
dxgmms.dll something (which i assume to be direct x, so have tried different drivers with no change)

And lastly a long sentence stating something about a driver allowing potentially harmful things to effect my computer.

I have attached some of the dumps. I am not sure which is which however I tried to include a variation of the different bsod dumps I have had.

Any info would be appreciated.

What I see is inconclusive, so I can only give some generic tips.

If you are overclocking, stop.

A system files check might help. Open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow.

You can try a memory test. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using ImgBurn. Boot from the CD and run at least 5 passes.

Memtest found no errors after 5 passes (9 hours!)

Scanning system files also came up empty.

I am not overclocking (despite my asus crosshair mboard)

Possibility that a clean win7 install will solve my problems?

If a clean install will solve your issues, hopefully a Repair Install will first.

I experienced a similar issue when I added some memory to an XP Pro system.
I would get all kinds of different blue screens including:

Irql not less than or equal too
System Service Exception
Page Fault in Nonpaged Area

Turned out the new RAM was defective. :|
I saw where you stated that your RAM passed memtest - but maybe it's another piece of hardware's fault?

After a clean install

I just ran a clean install of Windows 7 and sure enough I have another page fault, so I am going to assume it truly is a memory issue.

I am posting the dump here and hopefully this one will give someone an idea.

Wich kind of graphic cards you use ? wich drivers are you using ? There's been many nvidia warning recently about the 19x.xx series.

Would be worth checking just to eliminate that probable cause.

Also, as I have experienced myself, memtest may not find an error and your ram may still be incompatible with your motherboard. That's something worth checking also. If you have acess to other memory modules, give a try.

Make sure your paging is set by default.

Let us know the results.

I knew there might something about his drivers. Thanks for posting the info.

Even the lastest nvidia drivers cause random video hardware crash on x64. You will need to live with it as I have experienced myself.

*** if you are using the 196.75, uninstall it right now, there's been a recall from nvidia on that drivrs because it burned many cards of many users. ***
