Solved 64 bit updates succeed 32 bit updates fail

I would be happy to use 2010 or 2007. But when I did there were formatting changes to documents occurring. This means that documents are being altered. A big non no in the business world. So if I want to open 2003 word docs safely I seem to have to use word 2003. And thus office 2003.

Well Rob I work for NSW Health and just recently they went over to 10 from 03 and to be honest unless the IT people worked some magic that I don't know about the old docs (and there is quite a few as you can imagine) start up in the new software they put on.

I am just wondering if you could save 2003 in toto somehow ? extrenal drive and install 2010 whether there is some way of running your data back to the new install from whatever you saved it to. I will check out another source and get back.
