First off, the screen is from Microsoft Connect. That's not Technet.
Second, they've been setting time for all RTM candidate builds at 19:00, also known as 7pm (as in Windows 7? Get it?). They don't reflect actual time. If anything, getting the time done like that fits the true pattern and might even tilt it more likely towards real.
Might not be real, but can't blow it off b/c it's not on Technet or due to the compilation time.
I just checked MSDN, Technet, MSVLS, and the Connect Site.
That specific page with the Audio Driver crap is from the Connect site for Windows Eco System. The only builds on there, are the same ones that have been there for awhile.. 7000 and 7100...
On top of that, the fonts aren't even the correct ones or sizes.. it's modified.
If your gonna photoshop something, at least save the HTML source, edit the HTML then screenshot it.. jezz...
