Solved 800B0100 error

can't seem to download various updates.

please help!

this was after a clean install of windows 7.

i remember last year i had this same issue but i forgot how i fixed it.

from what i remember, i think i went to the update history and i disabled or removed an update that was downloaded that caused this error?

i am trying to make a compressed zip file of the CBS folder to post but it says:

"file not found or no read permission"

the CBS folder i zipped is larger than 8GB. it is 10.4GB.

i ended up doing a clean install and it solved the issue.
