i re-run the sfc /scannow , and here's the CBS + SUR Log ... , and can you tell me how to re-run SURT ? so i can get the new log of SUR, Thanks

There's nothing amiss in either the CheckSUR or CBS logs - so the above article is your best betfor the moment - let us know the EXACT error messages you get (if any) and where.

i glad my CBS Log and SUR Log it's nothing miss, but i still can't check for update , sorry , my english it's bad , so what should i do now? i try to check for update, and still error , the error still like that pic...

Your updates are still installed - look in the Installed Updates listing.

What Anti-Virus are you using?
What other Anti-Virus products have EVER been installed on this system, since the last reinstall?

i got the McAfee when first get this notebook, but i already do McAfee uninstall and using McAfee Removal Tool, now only use Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 ... and didn't install other AV Product , only using Kaspersky

Please open an Elevated Command Prompt window, and run the following commands.

NET START BFE
NET START BITS
NET START WUAUSERV
NET START TRUSTEDINSTALLER


Post the results.


Here are some instructions to make life easier
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

1. Open Internet Options.
2. Click on the Connections tab.
3. Click on the LAN Settings.
4. Click on the Advanced button.
5. Delete any entry in the Exceptions section.

Next, clear your proxy cache.

1.Open an Elevated Command Prompt window.
3. Type NETSH WINHTTP RESET PROXY at the command prompt, and press Enter.
4. Type net stop wuauserv at the command prompt, and press Enter.
5. Type net start wuauserv at the command prompt, and press Enter.
6. Now try windows Updates agaun

btw , i didn't use IE , so i didn't add any Exceptions , and Proxy...

It doesn't make any difference those exceptions are global parameters, not just for IE.
