Please run the following commands in an Elevated Command Prompt

NET STOP CRYPTSVC
REN C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CATROOT2 CATROOT2OLD
NET START CRYPTSVC

once complete, leave the system alone for at least an hour to rebuild the database, then reboot.
Note that this may delete your Update History - but all updates will remain installed, and can be viewed in the Installed Updates listing.

reboot again, then do a manual check for updates

ok i will try that tomorrow , btw there's solution you tell me before, try uninstall KIS and use the kavremover tools, i only uninstall KIS and check for updates not use the tools that not help, we must use the tools ? there's any difference when we use that tools and normally uninstall ?

You must use the tools to remove the dregs of the AV (even after a normal uninstall), or the system may be in an unstable state. This problem is particularly bad with some AV's - but exists with all of them.

maybe this can help solving your problem
my customer pc setup was standard setup, one thing i see my customer is using sierra wireless aircard 312u with generic wacther application.

he also get this 4402C problem when trying update windows, so i check on his sierra watcher application
, in option --> general section scroll down and you'll see windows update (allow over wireless wan connection (3g/4g) change to yes, and the unplug your modem then plug in again, hope that solve your problem.
