First of all, greetings!

My Windows :
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64.
- the original installed OS on the system? No.
- an OEM or full retail version? Can say OEM.
- What is the age of system (hardware)? 2nd quarter 2008.
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) Don't remember but it was never reinstalled I believe since Q4 2009.

Code:
Computer specs are the following :
- AMD Phenom II X3 719 2.6 Ghz Tri Core (Never unlocked the 4th core)
- 4096 MB Kingstom DDR 2 RAM
- MSI MS-7388 Mainboard
- Crossfire 2x PowerColor Ati Radeon 4770
- 80 GB Western Digital HDD
- 640 Seagate HDD
- TV Tuner
- Logitech G11 Keyboard and a G9 Mouse

The computer is running at stock capacities, the only time I have overclocked the CPU and Video Cards were for testing.

Now here my problem arises. Since a week or so, I have updated to Ati Catalyst 10.12 and I am getting a lot of BSODs (1-2 per hour) that dxgmms1.sys. or ati[something].sys are the culprits. This can only mean that it's something to do with the video drivers, but I have tried reinstalling them to no avail.
Is the problem hardware related or software? How could I stop it from persisiting?

Thanks!

Dumps blame atikmdag.sys, your ATI display drivers

(Do these steps even if you have already reinstalled the ATI drivers)

- Stop any overclocking and reset all BIOS options to default values
- Boot into safe mode with networking
- Uninstall the ATI drivers including Catalyst Control Center
- Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI display driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper (This step is important)
- Reboot into safe mode with networking
- Install the latest drivers ATI Radeon
- Reboot into normal mode

Test your RAM if the above does not work
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Code:
BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff88004c612a5, fffff88009ee67b0, 0}

Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+3992a5 )

I'll try that but from what I have seen the culprit is the 10.12 Catalyst, since it's "Beta" even! I'll reinstall the 10.11 version and check out if it shows up anymore.

Hmm I am getting yet more BSODs even after reinstalling the display driver and getting Catalyst 10.11. Attaching a new dump.

Same error 3B as above, are you still overclocking your PC?
This error is related to your GPU/RAM or gpu driver
Test your RAM using memtest http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.
Code:
sptd.sys fffff880`00ed7000 fffff880`00ffd000 0x00126000 0x4ad24632 12/10/2009 00:55:14

Update your PenTablet Driver
Code:
PTSimHid.sys fffff880`05c17000 fffff880`05c21000 0x0000a000 0x462c6027 23/04/2007 11:28:39
PTSimBus.sys fffff880`04cc2000 fffff880`04cce000 0x0000c000 0x4667ccb6 07/06/2007 13:15:34

I have discovered that I am only getting theese errors if I stress my PC enough (Running Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 for example)

The PC Is using stock clocks, I even uninstalled AMD Overdrive for the CPU, and put the default 750/800 Mhz clocks on the GPUs. Both of them.

Ran Memtest, 6 passes , no errors.

I will try uninstalling Daemon Tools and stress the PC again.
Edit: The Pen Tablet driver is up-to-date.
