A problem caused the program to stop working

Trying to export some CAD files to PDF, but Adobe reader will not fire up properly, and I get the above error message. Can anyone help? I had earlier message say Abode was out of memory, but these seem to have gone.

Go to the Action Center-Maintenance-View Reliability History, look to see if you can find any reports of it in the graph, click on it, view the technical details, and see if it gives you any info on why it happened. Or look in the Event Viewer. Control Panel-Admin Tools-Event Viewer.
